few tips Before your appointment

Please refrain from scheduling brokers or clients tours, property cleaning or maintenance during the shoot time.
Please turn on all interior lights and open up all window blinds to allow optimal lighting condition.
Please tuck away all your garage bins.
If the property is staged, please ensure that the staging is finished and to your liking before the shoot.
Please do your best to remove all personal items (less is more).
For twilight shoot, please have the property ready (turning on all interior lights) 30 minutes before sunset, this is usually the time of photographer’s arrival.
If there are any special circumstance, concerns or request please let us know ahead of time and please do not wait until the last minute.

$1/mile for locations outside 20 miles radius of Santa Clara
Long distant locations / heavy traffic hours will be subjected to travel charge of $50/hour over 30 miles from Santa Clara

Cancellation - $100 fee will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of noitice
Reschedule - $50 rescheduling fee if reschedule less than 24 hours of notice.
